HOW MUCH WILL I GET DONE?

With a team of experienced designers on hand, those projects that might have taken weeks can now be done in days. We are skilled at what we do. We suggest that if you’re unsure, start on a smaller retainer package and then review after three months. That way you can be sure that you are getting great return on investment.

WHY NOT JUST PAY FOR TEMPLATES

Of course, we can build templates for you - that’s also a way to reduce your in-house design time, however someone needs to spend time populating the templates, without a keen eye for design this can use valuable time and still not give you the desired results.

Templates are set up to work with a certain amount of content, however if there is more or less content required, this can skew the design.

A designer will be able to create something that delivers and displays the message perfectly, every time.

Retainers are priced based on the number of hours you need each month. We typically start at a minimum of 15 hours, but we'll always take the time to understand your requirements first and recommend a level of support that fits. The aim is to give you the capacity you need, without paying for hours you won't use. Get in touch to find out how much a design retainer would cost for your business.
Canva is a fantastic tool and we use it ourselves on lots of projects. It makes creating and updating content quicker, easier and more accessible for clients. The difference isn't the software. It's the thinking behind it. A professional designer brings strategy, consistency and creative expertise that go beyond choosing a Canva template.
We understand how to create materials that reflect your brand, communicate the right message and help your business stand out. We're happy to work in Canva if that's what suits your team. It can be an excellent platform for managing day to day marketing materials. But like any tool, the results depend on how it's used. If your current materials are doing exactly what you need them to, that's great.

You still get the benefit of having people who understand your business and brand, but with the added reassurance that there's a team behind every project, not just one individual.
You brief us via our software, Basecamp (it’s very easy to use and we send an explainer video!). Briefs vary from one line to more in depth requirements, if needed we can hop on a call. You tell us when you need your work to be finalised.
We schedule the work and get the best designer on the job. Over time you may find that you have the same designer more frequently as they work with your brand and build a relationship with you. Hannah, the Creative Director, oversees every piece of work that comes your way!
We keep a running to do list, with the urgency level, deadline and status of the job so that you and your team members can see what’s in progress and what needs to be done.
We store your files with an ordered job numbered approach for three years, so that you can easily ask us to access files.

We have a small design team and we make sure each of them work with your brand from the beginning, so they all get to spend time understanding your brand. They also have visibility over each other's work, to ensure consistency is maintained. All output is also overseen by our Creative Director before it reaches you for approval.
We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months, which gives us enough time to really get under the skin of your brand and deliver work that makes a difference. After that, retainers roll monthly.
We're not interested in locking people in - if it's working, you'll want to stay.
Yes. After your initial 3 month term, you can cancel or pause with 2 months notice. We'll always try to be flexible where we can - we'd rather find a solution that works for you than lose a client over a difficult period. Just talk to us.
We include unlimited revisions as standard - we will keep working with you until we get it right. However, we make sure we get as much information as we need upfront to make sure we're aligned before we start designing, so in practice, most work doesn't need much back-and-forth.
