Publications that connect

Our team has created an array of magazines and publications across diverse sectors, giving us the expertise to handle projects of any scale or complexity.

We understand the unique challenges of publication design: balancing editorial flow with visual impact, maintaining consistency across multiple pages and issues, and creating layouts that are both beautiful and functional. Our experienced team brings this understanding to every project, ensuring your publication not only looks exceptional but connects with readers and serves its purpose effectively.

Why work with a print design agency?

  • Strategic print design

Print design is no different to the other aspects of your brand touchpoints. Every project starts with understanding your goals, audience and brand, ensuring your print design delivers the right message and makes the right impression.

  • Print-ready expertise

No need for you to become a printing expert, we manage it all. From colour profiles and bleed settings to file formats and specifications, we manage the technical details so your print materials are produced perfectly, every time.

  • Consistent brand design

From brochures, magazines and business cards to exhibition stands, building wraps and billboards - we create cohesive designs that strengthen your brand wherever it appears.

Essential brand collateral

Great print design extends far beyond publications. We create the full spectrum of printed materials that businesses need to present themselves professionally and make genuine connections.

Among print design agencies, what sets us apart is our commitment to creating cohesive and impactful print design that strengthens your message across every piece. When your printed materials share a consistent visual language and strategic approach, they build brand trust and recognition. Each piece reinforces the others, creating a cumulative effect that makes your brand feel established, credible, and genuinely trustworthy.

Packaging that makes an impact

Your packaging is often the first physical touchpoint someone has with your product, so it needs to work hard visually and commercially. We create packaging artwork and branded packaging designs that help products look professional, polished and consistent across every touchpoint.

Whether you’re launching a new product line or refreshing an existing range, we design directly onto printer supplied packaging templates to ensure everything is production ready and aligned with your wider brand identity.

From label designs and box artwork to mockups and print ready files, we make sure your packaging feels cohesive, considered and commercially effective. The goal is packaging that stands out for the right reasons and helps build trust with your audience.

Exhibitions & events present unique opportunities to showcase your brand, in person.

Exhibition design requires a particular understanding: how people move through spaces, creating visual hierarchy that works at different distances, and designing elements that remain impactful even in busy, distracting environments.

We bring this expertise to every exhibition project, ensuring your brand stands out and your message lands effectively with the people who matter. Our exhibition design service takes you from initial concept through to print-ready files, creating displays that capture attention and communicate your brand with real impact. We design materials that are tailored to your specific audience and objectives - whether you're generating leads at a trade show, building brand awareness at a public event, or creating an inspiring environment for a product launch.

FAQs

  • Less than you probably think. A roller banner isn't there to explain everything about your business. It's there to catch attention, communicate your key message quickly and encourage people to start a conversation.

Focus on a clear headline, a short description of what you do, strong visuals, your logo and an obvious way for people to contact you, whether that's a website, QR code or phone number. If people have to stop and read paragraphs of text, you've probably included too much. We can help you decide what to leave in, what to leave out and how to create a banner that gets noticed for the right reasons.

  • In most cases, commercial printers will ask for a print ready PDF, as this preserves your layout, fonts, colours and image quality. It's also worth keeping the original editable artwork, whether that's an Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop file, so changes can be made in the future without starting from scratch.

If you're unsure what your printer needs, don't worry. We can supply the correct files, set everything up to their specifications and liaise with your printer if needed, helping to avoid delays or costly reprints.

  • The best print adverts don't try to say everything at once. They grab attention with a strong headline, clear visuals and one key message that's easy to understand at a glance.

Think about what you want someone to do next, whether that's visiting your website, scanning a QR code or getting in touch, and make that call to action clear. A well designed advert should reflect your brand, stand out from the surrounding content and be memorable long after someone has turned the page.

  • There's no fixed timeline. Instead, review your marketing materials whenever your business changes, whether that's a new service, updated branding, new messaging or outdated contact details.

Even if nothing major has changed, it's worth reviewing them every so often to make sure they still reflect your business and meet your customers' expectations. Keeping your marketing materials up to date helps ensure your brand stays professional, consistent and relevant.

  • Business cards are still a valuable networking tool when they're used well. While many connections happen digitally, a well designed business card gives people something tangible to remember you by and makes it easy to share your contact details.

The key is to think of it as part of your brand, not just a piece of paper with your phone number on it. A professionally designed card reinforces your credibility and leaves a lasting impression. If you're regularly meeting clients, attending events or networking, a business card is still well worth having.

  • For most professional print projects, images should be at least 300 dpi at the size they'll appear in print. This helps ensure they look sharp and clear rather than pixelated or blurry.

If you're not sure whether your images are suitable, we can check them before design work begins and recommend alternatives if a higher quality version is needed.

  • We don't organise print in house, but we can recommend trusted printers we've worked with and help you choose the right option for your project.

We'll prepare your artwork to your chosen printer's specifications, making sure everything is set up correctly for production. If needed, we're also happy to liaise with the printer directly to help make the process as smooth as possible.

  • AI can be a useful starting point for generating ideas and pulling info together from various places, but it's not a substitute for professionally prepared print artwork.

Commercial printing requires the correct document setup, colour profiles, bleed, image resolution and file preparation. AI tools don't always get these technical details right, which can lead to poor print quality or production issues. We use AI where it adds value to the creative process, but every print project is reviewed and prepared by an experienced designer to make sure it's ready for production.
