Each template is designed by our in-house team of graphic and UX designers. This means that you don’t get a standard template but a carefully considered website that works for your business and that people enjoy using!

The standard offer is a 5 page website - this is how we ensure such a quick turnaround. That said, we have other carefully designed pages that can be added to the build, keeping costs to a minimum whilst ensuing you get a website that works for your business.

We understand that not everyone has a huge catalogue of brand imagery so we use our accounts to source images that can be used on your website.
Many people don’t know that stock images have restrictions. We take care of the legal licensing questions by using our software to generate stock images that can be used on a business website.

Whilst the layout is fixed (to keep the costs low), you do get one round of revisions to provide feedback on the copy and images used. This ensure that you love your new website before launch.

You’ll have 30 days of technical support after launch, giving you peace of mind while your new website settles in. This covers technical issues, connections, functionality and troubleshooting (not design or content changes).
It means if something isn’t working as expected, you have a human to turn to rather than having to figure it out yourself (or asking AI!).

Essential SEO is park of the package. Images are optimised and renamed. We do use AI within Squarespace to speed up the SEO process, helping us efficiently create and optimise the essential elements your website needs to be found online.
But importantly, AI doesn’t get the final say. Every word and recommendation is reviewed and sense-checked by a human to make sure it accurately reflects your business, speaks to your audience and is doing what it needs to do. You get the efficiency of AI, with the reassurance of human expertise behind it.

No. This is a template that has been thoughtfully designed by our team of graphic and UX designers. We do use AI to polish content and make it fit to the template using the details you give us in the form (and during the call). We also use AI to rename images for SEO purposes, add alt text and meta descriptions - but all AI content is checked by a human and the rest of the process is manual.

Yes and no. You fill out one form that we send you and we do the rest - we make it fit, polish it for user experience and make it compelling to your audience.

No. To keep this offer affordable, the layout doesn’t change (other than to remove sections that are surplus to requirement for your business). You can make changes to copy and images during the one round of revisions however.
If you would like full design control then a bespoke website is more suitable. Get in touch for a quote.

1. It’s super user friendly
Squarespace is designed for non-technical users and has loads of video and written tutorials to help you manage your website. You don’t need a developer to make changes, you can do most things yourself!
2. It’s cost effective to build
There are lots of platforms out there, but if you don’t need enhanced functionality or complex data processing, then sometimes simple is best. Squarespace is more cost effective to build than, say, WordPress, because you can achieve results in fewer development hours. Less time = less money.
3. It’s simple and all in one place
This is the big one. Hosting, domain, SSL, security, updates – they can all be under one roof and sorted for you. No manual updates, no plugins that require attention, basically you shouldn’t be able to break your website if it’s in Squarespace!
4. Predictable pricing
You pay a monthly fee to Squarespace and that’s it. They update the software, they keep you updated and they provide you with an excellent support desk. NO HIDDEN FEES.

No - unless your branding is exactly the same as another business, your website will feel completely different to others that have used the same template.

1 week! Usually a project takes 4-6 weeks. This one has been designed to be quick. After we receive your brand guidelines and brand assets, we arrange a call and send you the form. So long as the form is completely quickly, we can have the website live within a week*.
* It can take up to 72 hours for a domain to connect which is out of our control. This timeline also depends on timely feedback from you.

No, but for good reason. This is your website and we want you to have full ownership once complete. You pay Squarespace directly for the website hosting (approx £200 per year) which means that you can:
access their live support,
access their help section for video tutorials on page editing etc
rely on them to perform any updates to keep you website secure (no reliance on a developer)
The domain will be registered to you too - this given you complete control and will usually cost around £20 per year.

Yes. We have a number of designed pages that we can add to the build for an additional fee.

Absolutely! In order to buy the Hubble Ready package, you must have a complete brand and brand guidelines (logo, submark, colour palette, fonts etc). If you don’t then we can carry out a brand refresh, or design the elements required for an additional fee.
