Initially started by Kate when she was new to motherhood, now The Motherload is a bold, liberating, no holds barred brand that’s created a community for women at all stages of life. Kate doesn’t hold back - that’s what makes her so special, and she wanted a brand to reflect this.

The Motherload is an honest, compassionate companion brand - guiding women through the messy, in-between seasons of early adulthood, motherhood and beyond, with real talk, real stories, and real support. How we reflected this:

  • Warm, real, and empathetic: The Motherload speaks like a trusted friend, not an expert lecturing from on high = warm tones.

  • Honest, inclusive, grounded: Kate doesn’t shy away from messy, intimate, or taboo topics, nor does she censor her language = the asterisk.
